Full Job Description
To be successful at BTS and considered for this position you should

- Be energetic and hard working
- Be proficient in financial analysis and understanding economic relations
- Possess a genuine interest in business as well as a deep knowledge in what drives business results in different companies and industries
- Enjoy creating and maintaining strong and lasting customer relations
- Be experienced in selling concepts and solutions
- Speak and write Finnish and English fluently. Any additional language, Swedish in particular, is a key advantage
As a Consultant you will:
- Facilitate senior level workshops and seminars , to develop business acumen and manage change in large international companies in
several different industries
- Design and project manage programs linked to strategy and business priorities, drawing upon your own skills, knowledge and structured
information gathering from key stakeholders within each client
- Develop project leading capability quickly to become a leading member of our international consulting team, initiating, designing and
delivering projects that add value to our clients and enhance BTS reputation
- Manage client relationships, help clients address new needs within their organization and identify referrals for new sales opportunities.
Every successful consultant at BTS is viewed as a valued strategic partner by the client
- At an early stage be part of BTS sales process, gradually taking a more significant role in building customer relations. Later on you
will also manage accounts and grow your areas of responsibility
BTS consultants travel to our customers all over the world. We work closely in teams and in projects with outgoing
