As a Consultant you will:
- Facilitate senior level workshops and seminars to develop business acumen and manage change in large international companies in several different industries
- Participate in designing programs and projects linked to client strategy and tailored to client business priorities
- Develop your own project leading capability and increasingly contribute to BTS international consulting team
- Assist in identifying client referrals within existing projects and programs
- At an early stage help grow the BTS business by understanding client strategies, needs and challenges and how BTS could address those needs.
You will gradually take a more significant role in building and maintaining customer relations
BTS consultants travel to customers all over the world. We work closely in teams and in projects with outgoing
and humorous colleagues in a highly energetic atmosphere. Even though people are highly experienced and skilled we all maintain a strong
interest to learn and cherish a humble attitude towards new knowledge and situations.
