Who we Seek

We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate for our office in Stamford, CT. This individual will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and developing and executing marketing communication plans as well as planning and coordinating company events. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to are:

Marketing Lead Management: Work with sales and information technology to track and analyze leads for better conversion from prospect to client. Tools include Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Excel and a lead management tool.

Meeting and Conference Development: Coordinate participation in external conferences, trade shows and sales events; from negotiations to contract signing, speaker and attendee selection, material and equipment prep, support at actual event, follow-up, evaluation and ROI reporting.

Marketing Materials Development: Develop company case studies. Manage company newsletter on a monthly basis.

Digital Media: Update website materials on a scheduled basis. Coordinate digital social media development with contractors. Ability to monitor and post relevant and appropriate content.

Public Relations: Handle various public relations functions in conjunction with the Marketing Director and outside PR firm.

Ideal Candidates will have
  • Bachelors Degree, ideally in Marketing or Communications
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies and tactics to meet organizational objectives
  • Proven ability to engage in marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
  • Knowledge of lead management and ability to analyze data and results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and Salesforce.com
  • Curious and engaged
