Who we Seek
We are currently seeking a Central Resources Planner for our US operations . This individual will be responsible for project management and resources allocation across all of BTS USA, Inc. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to are:
Resource Planning:
- Assign employees to development projects and workshops
- Collaborate with local office and practice leadership to select new account managers and team members
- Partner with Chief Talent Officer to align assignments with career and development objectives
- Liaise with counterparts from global offices to borrow and lend resources
- Create and share metrics on resource utilization and delivery quality
Contractor Management
- Assign contractors to development projects and workshops
- Collaborate with Human Resources to identify and recruit additional contractors
- Ensure all contractors are certified in BTS best practices and specific solutions
- Monitor contractors for quality
ERP Implementation
- Partner with COO, CAO, VP of IT and others in implementation of new ERP
- Champion new work flow created as part of the ERP implementation
- Proactively suggest and implement continuous process improvements
Ideal Candidates will have
- Bachelors Degree
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Professional Services experience a plus
- Self Driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop effective relationships at all levels
- Action-oriented, enthusiastic team player
